Achieved
In the past six months, I redesign the ClassPass Chine, create new features, and establish the design system.

How do I get there?
“Solve the Problems First“
When I joined the ClassPass China, they already launched the product for two months; however, it only has the MVP features and many problems. I used Product Thinking, User Research Methods, Competitive Analysis, and Team Working Skills to address these problems.
Five C Design Principle
I used my Five C Principle ( which I learned from my design experience ) to help me to ship the products, and you can find more details about this principle here.
I’d like to share three things I learned here here.
Listening to the Users First ( Payment Page Redesign )
2. Reduce The Efforts, Increase The Users ( Referral Experience )
2. Great design is a consistent design
Reflections
This is an idea that I've always felt passionate about, and I gave myself about three months to work on. I had fun during the process. Three main lessons I learned from this project are:
The sky is the limit, but with technology and time constraints, I learned to prioritize features that provide the most value to users;
Consider human factors to enhance the UX: the "fat finger" problem, Fitts' Law;
Visual design is a crucial part of the overall experience, especially when the function of the app is heavily dependent on the information hierarchy and legibility of the content.
