Weee! is a California-based online grocery delivery platform that offers Asian specialty products and everyday staples. From fresh produce and meats to everyday snacks, Weee! delivers essential Asian grocery items right to your door.
Weee! has over 25% of new users place their first order on Web PC, however, the user experience on Web PC is poor.
Role
As a product designer, collaborate with product manager, developer team. Also I present the final result to the CEO and VP.
Problem Statement:
Our company has 25% of New users place the first order on Web PC, however, the user experience on Web PC is poor.
The Connections between each pages/categories are weak, users visit from different search pages can’t explore the website well.
Resource for the dev team is limited.
People more rely on the shopping list page more than the others.

Reflections
This is an idea that I've always felt passionate about, and I gave myself about three months to work on. I had fun during the process. Three main lessons I learned from this project are:
The sky is the limit, but with technology and time constraints, I learned to prioritize features that provide the most value to users;
Consider human factors to enhance the UX: the "fat finger" problem, Fitts' Law;
Visual design is a crucial part of the overall experience, especially when the function of the app is heavily dependent on the information hierarchy and legibility of the content.
